Job summary

Ferrovial Construction's Webber division is seeking a motivated Foreman to supervise crawler or rubber-tired equipment operations on heavy civil projects in the Texas region. You will lead crews, ensure safety, manage equipment and coordinate with truck crews to move dirt and rock.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction experience, a Texas driver's license, and a commitment to safety, efficiency and teamwork on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• Must comply with all safety policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a crawler or rubber-tired machine mounted with an excavator bucket for excavations and mass earthworks.
• Signal truck drivers to position trucks for loading dirt, rocks, and materials.
• Perform basic maintenance such as oiling, greasing, or servicing equipment as needed.
• Make adjustments to equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and participate in safety-driven process improvements.
