Job summary

CRH Mississippi is seeking team members for paving and construction roles. You will help maintain a safe work site, follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations, and assist the crew with various duties including shoveling, raking, and operating wheelbarrows.

You may operate small power tools and help with traffic control. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to travel or work nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous related experience in construction field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures and environment.
• Assist construction/paving crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and wheelbarrow operations.
• Signal operators of equipment to facilitate material movement and alignment.
• Dig, spread and level construction materials and assist with traffic control devices.
