Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Alhambra, CA is seeking an Excavation Technician/Laborer to perform residential and commercial excavations for sewer and water repairs.

Responsibilities include safe operation per OSHA, equipment use (back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers), and completing jobs on schedule. A valid driver’s license is required, and CDL may be needed within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on excavation project experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CDL within 90 days if required for vehicle.
• Willing to work nights and weekends to meet demands.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by adhering to OSHA and Roto-Rooter protocols.
• Interact with customers as needed.
• Perform excavations followed by pipe repairs or new installations as an Excavation Technician.
• Operate back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers and other excavation machinery.
• Work in confined spaces and open trenches.
• Safely drive and operate service vehicle between job sites.
