Qualifications

• Hands-on excavation experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required depending on vehicle.
• Proficiency navigating excavation environments including confined spaces and trenches.
• Ability to complete jobs within specified timelines.
• Current CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days for the vehicle driven.
• Experience with trenchless water, sewer, and gas is a plus.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by following OSHA and company protocols.
• Interact with customers as needed.
• Perform excavation tasks followed by pipe repairs or installations.
• Operate back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers or similar equipment.
• Work in confined spaces and open trenches.
• Locate and arrive at job sites promptly and operate service vehicles between sites.
