Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup in Danville, VA seeks an Excavation Project Sales and Field Supervisor to own projects from initial customer meeting through field completion. Base salary $30,000 plus uncapped commission with earning potential $60,000-$85,000+ annually.

You will manage customer needs, develop estimates and proposals, coordinate field crews, and drive profitable, high-quality work while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews on excavation or site work.
• Ability to develop estimates, proposals and project scopes.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort discussing pricing and project scope with customers.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at homes, businesses, and job sites to assess needs.
• Evaluate excavation, underground utilities, plumbing, and property-related needs.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and project scopes.
• Coordinate sold projects with field crews and internal operations.
• Communicate project expectations and schedules to team members.
• Provide leadership to excavation crews and track productivity and quality.
• Maintain customer communication throughout the project and resolve issues.
