Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking Excavator Operators to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will lead groundwork, operate skid steers, backhoes, and excavators, and ensure high-quality plumbing solutions with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• License Requirement: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (Strictly Required).
• Experience: Proven excavation experience, operating skid steers and backhoes. 2+ yrs in residential plumbing experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional teamwork abilities.
• Durability: Able to work in all weather, travel up to 5 hours with overnights, long days up to 12 hours.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• License Requirement: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (Strictly Required).
• Experience: Proven excavation experience is required, specifically and skillfully operating skid steers and backhoes. 2 + yrs in residential plumbing experience. Must be able to lift up to 50LBS
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional teamwork abilities.
• Durability: Ability to work effectively and maintain a great attitude in all weather conditions. Willing to travel up to 5 hours with some overnight stays. Willing to work up to 12 hours a day when needed.
• Mindset: A goal-oriented, professional operator who takes pride in efficiency and safety.
