Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a skilled Crew Leader / Excavator Operator to guide an on-site crew and operate heavy equipment for residential and commercial plumbing projects.

You will lead workmanship, ensure safety compliance, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional, goal-oriented mindset in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Proven excavation experience with skid steers and backhoes.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

• License Requirement: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (Strictly Required).
• Experience: Proven excavation experience is required, specifically and skillfully operating skid steers and backhoes.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional teamwork abilities with a proven track record of leading a crew on-site.
• Durability: Ability to work effectively and maintain a great attitude in all weather conditions.
• Mindset: A goal-oriented, professional operator who takes pride in efficiency and safety.
