Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Indiana is seeking an Excavator Operator to lead groundwork and run skid steers, backhoes, and excavators on residential and commercial sites.

You will prioritize safety, quality workmanship, and efficient crew leadership to deliver top plumbing solutions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
• Proven excavation experience with skid steers, backhoes, and excavators.
• Residential plumbing experience of 2+ years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do:

We measure success through quality workmanship, efficient leadership, and high customer satisfaction. As a Crew Leader, you will:

• Lead the Groundwork: Work with the on-site crew while operating equipment efficiently to deliver top-notch plumbing solutions.
• Operate Heavy Machinery: Utilize skid steers, backhoes, and excavators safely for residential and commercial excavation.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every job is completed with an absolute focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality results.
• Solve Problems: Partner with your team to navigate on-site challenges and deliver the best outcomes for our customers' exterior plumbing needs.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• License Requirement: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (Strictly Required).
• Experience: Proven excavation experience is required, specifically and skillfully operating skid steers and backhoes. 2 + yrs in residential plumbing experience. Must be able to lift up to 50LBS
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional teamwork abilities.
• Durability: Ability to work effectively and maintain a great attitude in all weather conditions. Willing to travel up to 5 hours with some overnight stays. Willing to work up to 12 hours a day when needed.
• Mindset: A goal-oriented, professional operator who takes pride in efficiency and safety.
