What You'll Do
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and maintaining a clean work area
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators
• Dig trenches, backfill, and assist with utility installations
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth project progress

What You Bring
• Basic knowledge of construction and safe equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent (or 1-3 months related experience)
• 18+ years old, able to pass drug screen and background check
• Preferred: OSHA 10/30, CDL, or prior construction experience
