Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking an Excavation Services Technician to operate excavators and support sewer, drain, and water service projects. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with plumbers and supervisors.

The position requires experience with mini and full-size excavators, knowledge of underground utilities, and a commitment to high-quality work in public and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of excavation/underground utility experience preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with clean driving record.
• Ability to read utility maps, drawings, and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and DOT requirements.
• Load, transport, and secure equipment; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Excavate for sewer/drain repairs, water service work, and utility installations.
• Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and crew; maintain site safety.
