Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Word/Excel and company systems.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments to determine root interruption or breakage needs.
• Follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions.
• Provide competitive quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.
