Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department to pursue pre-qualified leads from our field service technicians and call centers. If you excel in outside sales, you will identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties, using our pricing matrix to provide competitive quotes and close sales.

This role offers unlimited earnings with an average of $75,000-$100,000 per year plus

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; use of Roto-Rooter computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
