Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for our Excavation department in Indiana. This outside sales role will pursue pre-qualified leads from field service technicians and call centers, with no cold calls required.

You will identify and sell sewer line repair solutions, perform camera assessments, and deliver proactive follow-up to clients. The position offers weekly base pay plus commission, unlimited earnings with an average of $75,000-$100,000 per year, mileage reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; comfortable with company systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair/replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments to determine root interruption or breakage.
• Follow up with existing customers to deliver solutions for plumbing or water issues.
• Use pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
