Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Excavation department to identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties. You will conduct camera assessments to determine root issues and provide effective quotes to close sales.

The role offers a weekly base pay of $500 during training, with commissions of 5% after $15,000 in qualified sales and an additional 2% after $25,000 in qualified sales.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clear background check.
• Excellent customer service focus.
• Willing to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide quotes for repair/replacement options and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
