Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for its Excavation department to pursue pre-qualified leads generated by field service technicians and call centers. This outside sales role emphasizes customer service and solution selling for sewer line repairs and replacements.

The rep will conduct camera assessments to determine root issues, follow up with customers, and provide competitive quotes. All leads are provided, with unlimited earnings potential and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience with outside sales and customer service is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks.
• Excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments to determine root interruption or breakage in sewer lines.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with customers to deliver solutions.
• Provide quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.
