Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department in Florida. This outside sales role offers pre-qualified leads from field technicians and call centers, with unlimited earnings and mileage reimbursement.

The position includes a weekly base pay plus commission and no cold calls. Responsibilities include identifying sewer line repair opportunities, performing camera assessments, and providing competitive quotes to close sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
• Demonstrated focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Outside sales experience in in-home services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage.
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing/water solutions.
• Use pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
