Job summary

AVNA Learning Center in Secaucus, NJ seeks a Proctor and Office Admin to uphold testing integrity for adult education learners. You will ensure a secure, quiet environment, handle administrative tasks, and keep paperwork filed according to state regulations.

You’ll administer exams, monitor candidates, provide instructions, manage exam materials, and assist with setup and cleanup of rooms. All training is provided; we value attention to detail and a friendly, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks and follow state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams and ensure a secure testing environment for adult learners and test candidates
• Monitor test candidates during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct
• Provide and collect exam materials as needed
• Provide instructions and answer questions regarding exam procedures
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork of test candidates
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of exam rooms
