Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an organized, client-focused exam proctor and support specialist to maintain testing rooms and coordinate schedules. You will proctor computer-based exams, validate student identities, and resolve exam issues with a calm, service-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have experience with MS Office, Windows, and LMS/LCMS systems, plus the ability to work independently in a higher-education setting. Background checks are required, and strong confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• MS Office software and Windows environments.
• Experience in a higher education environment preferred.
• Experience with LMS and LCMS preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain testing rooms and equipment.
• Prepare exam rooms prior to scheduled exams.
• Proctor computer-based exams and monitor progress.
• Validate IDs and assist students logging into exams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot testing issues as needed.
• Manage exam scheduling and develop schedules with leadership.
• Provide technical assistance to faculty and students related to testing.
• Maintain knowledge of current operating technology.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director and Office Manager.
• Manage calendars and scheduling; perform additional duties as assigned.
