Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 13 years engineering experience.
• 5 years supervisory or broad managerial responsibility.
• Extensive EWIS experience and knowledge of related standards.
• Experience with Catia V5, CHS, and EWIS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers organizational unit schedules, tasks, and deliverables; sets performance requirements and monitors budget.
• Manages directly or through subordinates; conducts performance appraisals and salary management.
• Establishes objectives to support short and long term goals.
• Conducts briefings for senior management and technical meetings for internal/external contacts.
• Advises subordinate supervisors to meet schedules and resolve complex technical problems.
• Directly participates in projects and leads cooperative efforts within project teams.
• Interprets and modifies organizational policies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
