Job summary

SAIC at NSWC Crane seeks a versatile RF/electronic systems engineer to provide technical and systems engineering support for EW programs in the Expeditionary EW Division.

In this role you will develop test plans, execute lab and field tests, analyze data, and produce actionable reports for government stakeholders, bridging engineering and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF/microwave coursework.
• At least 3 years in RF, microwave, or electronic systems engineering.
• Experience supporting test engineering, integration, or verification.
• Familiarity with EW systems, RF propagation, and signal analysis.
• Ability to travel for test events and demonstrations.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support DT&E activities for EW systems across the lifecycle.
• Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and reports for verification.
• Design, plan, and execute lab and field tests and operate RF equipment.
• Coordinate with government engineers, PMs, and IPTs for test planning.
• Analyze test data, identify risks, troubleshoot, and document performance.
