Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Electromagnetic Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division at NSWC Crane. The role focuses on CUAS/CIED systems, providing engineering, test and evaluation (T&E), technical analysis, and documentation for production, sustainment, and global deployment of advanced force-protection tech.

You will collaborate with Government engineers and test personnel to develop test plans, analyze data, and prepare RFIs and briefings.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical equivalent.
2+ years of relevant engineering experience is required.
Ability to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Analyze system requirements, engineering data, manuals, drawings, specs, and test data to support engineering and T&E activities.
Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, reports, engineering assessments, and test-event closure documentation.
Support planning, preparation, execution, and documentation of laboratory and field test events.
Translate system and project requirements into test objectives, evaluation criteria, data requirements, and verification methods.
Review test data and technical evidence to assess performance, reliability, suitability, and conformance with requirements.
Document test configurations, procedures, observations, results, anomalies, limitations, assumptions, and findings.
