Technology Service Corporation seeks an Operations Systems Analyst to perform I&T on Navy EW systems (SLQ32 variants) in King George, VA, supporting NSWC Dahlgren Division. The role requires on-site work, extensive EW experience, and a DoD Secret clearance. Bachelor's in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Navy EW systems and threat analysis.
• Ability to lead integration and testing of embedded Linux software.
• Willingness to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test embedded Linux software systems.
• Familiarity with threat systems, kill chains, and EW operations.
• Organize and lead large meetings/workshops and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and test documentation.
• Support EC&A and TE& testing with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
