Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
5+ years in product or program management with technical ownership.
Experience managing NPI to full-rate production with gates and reviews.
Experience with advanced hardware/software systems in defense and commercial domains.
Ability to decompose and organize technically complex projects and coordinate stakeholders.
U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and commercialization strategy for EW systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and align capabilities with mission objectives.
Champion the NPI process for emerging products, variants, and accessories.
Direct the product development lifecycle from NPI to manufacturing readiness and sustainment.
Co-Chair the Change Control Board with Configuration Management for production sustainment.
Leverage market, growth, reliability, automation, and manufacturing inputs to drive decisions.
Communicate status with stakeholders across the lifecycle.
