Qualifications

• BS degree in an applicable engineering field.
• Experience with EW principles, including electronic attack and/or electronic protection.
• Knowledge of radar principles.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance for the duration of employment.
• 25% to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, testing, integration, and support of EA and radar simulators in full-scale/subscale aerial targets, surface boats, ground base systems and laboratory environments.
• Occasional visits to sponsor facilities for requirements discussions and/or onsite testing, plus field support for operations requiring EA and radar simulator systems for weapon system testing and training events.
• Lead a team to ensure completion of customer milestones and ensure hardware development, fabrication, testing, integration, and field support of electronic combat devices are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage projects and provide leadership in executing project plans, schedules, and technical phases.
• Interface with military and Government test authorities, flight test engineers, and private industry.
