Job summary

New Directions Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare (EW) Operations Engineer to lead deployment and support of electronic attack and radar simulators for US weapon system testing. The role requires a strong EW background, RF knowledge, and project leadership across diverse test ranges in the US.

You will coordinate hardware integration, field support, and program sponsorship discussions, while traveling to sponsor facilities. A DoW clearance and citizenship are mandatory.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• DoW Security Clearance eligibility required.
• MS or BS in electrical engineering or related field with extensive subject matter expertise.
• Experience programming and/or assembling microwave components with specialized test equipment.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support deployment of EA and radar simulators for ground, surface, and airborne platforms.
• Coordinate testing, integration, and field support across multiple locations and test ranges.
• Direct a team to meet customer milestones within schedule and budget.
• Prepare presentations for sponsors and management on status and capabilities.
• Interface with sponsors, ATSO team, and test authorities to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor sponsor funding and progress, reporting as needed.
• Travel 25–50% to sponsor facilities and test sites.
