MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Training and Experience:
- 3 years' experience (Growler/Prowler preferred) in listed field conducting tactical EW operations supporting joint and multinational exercises. EW taskings will support joint planning and logistical support for RF exercises.
- Worked in Specialty Codes/Areas: USN - 1320/1325 (EWO/6205 preferred), USMC - 7688.
Security Clearance:
Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret clearance, with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide specialized technical expertise and analytic support for electronic warfare (EW) planning, integration, and execution throughout RF exercises and associated mission events.
- Support EW-related planning, coordination, and scenario development for joint and multinational exercises, ensuring EW effects are properly integrated with kinetic operations, ISR, C2, and training objectives.
- Conduct EW mission analysis, reviewing jamming effectiveness, threat reactions, electronic attack timing, electronic support data, and integrated EW/kinetic effects.
- Provide SME input during mission briefings and debriefings, ensuring EW considerations, performance results, and lessons learned are accurately represented.
- Support development of technical documentation, EW employment guides, scenario products, and training materials aligned with established doctrinal and tactical standards.
- Maintain awareness of evolving EW threats, capabilities, and employment methodologies to ensure exercise realism and operational training value.
