Qualifications

• 2+ years in home health EVV, billing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination.
• Florida Medicaid EVV knowledge and payer requirements.
• Experience with EVV vendors such as HHAeXchange or Sandata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily EVV review for skilled and non-skilled visits, addressing missing clock-ins and discrepancies.
• Perform pre-billing checks: verified visits, correct authorizations, available units, alignment with the plan of care.
• Follow through on corrections, billing holds, and documentation with audit trail and timely escalation.
• Provide caregiver training and system support; coordinate with EVV vendors to resolve problems.
• Track recurring errors and pre-billing holds to spot patterns and prevent repeats.

You’ll work with caregivers, schedulers, clinical teams, and billing to make sure the details line up before a claim goes out. Because “almost right” has a way of coming back as a denial.YOU WILL OWNDaily EVV review for skilled and non-skilled visits, including missing clock-ins, incomplete records, and visit discrepancies.Pre-billing checks: verified visits, correct authorizations, available units, and alignment with the plan of care.Follow-through on corrections, billing holds, and documentation issues—with a clear audit trail and timely escalation.Caregiver training and system support, plus coordination with EVV vendors to resolve technical problems.Tracking recurring errors and pre-billing holds, spotting patterns, and helping the team prevent the next round.YOU HAVEAt least 2 years of experience in home health EVV, billing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination.Knowledge of Florida Medicaid EVV, authorizations, payer requirements, and skilled and non-skilled home care workflows.A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus. HHAeXchange, Sandata, or similar EVV experience is strongly preferred.Comfort with Excel and EMR systems, an eye for detail, and the patience to explain a clock-out procedure one more time.Bilingual Spanish and English required or English and Creole.YOU LOVEA resolved discrepancy.
