Job summary

AGI, a long-standing leader in the signage industry, seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager in the Tampa area to drive EVSE deployments from site mobilization to commissioning. You will oversee ground-up construction, coordinating electrical and civil subs, and ensuring high-performance charging hubs meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires deep understanding of electrical load, utility interconnects, and DCFC/Level 2 installations, with 3–5 years PM experience in relevant fields.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical construction, utility infrastructure, or EVSE rollouts.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Expert-level blueprint reading (electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and civil site plans).
• Familiarity with switchgear configurations and utility transformer requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Direct all phases of EVSE construction from permitting to commissioning.
• Estimating & Buy-Out Integration with subcontractor scopes and lead times.
• Utility & AHJ Management: coordinate with utilities for service upgrades and AHJ inspections.
• Subcontractor Direction: manage electrical, concrete, and striping crews per blueprints.
• Technical Compliance: ensure NEC Article 625 adherence and manufacturer guidelines.
• Budget & Change Management: monitor PM/L, RFIs, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Milestone Reporting: provide stakeholders with progress and energization timelines.
