TAIT is seeking a Senior EV Project Manager to lead DC fast charging projects end-to-end, including permitting, utility coordination, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will oversee multiple sites, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with utilities, AHJs, and vendors.

Travel within California is required with per diem provided. This role may be remote, hybrid, or in-person; visit project sites as needed and mentor junior staff to raise project management standards

Formación

• Full lifecycle DC fast charging experience, including permitting and construction.
• 7+ years of construction or infra project management.
• Experience leading multi-site EV charging or electrical projects.
• Knowledge of interconnection, permitting, and construction processes.
• Ability to read drawings and manage budgets, schedules, and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex DC fast charging projects from permitting through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and milestones across sites.
• Coordinate with utilities, AHJs, owners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee contractor performance and site progress.
• Review designs and site conditions to ensure requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety.
• Mentor team members and improve PM standards.
• Oversee project closeout, inspections, and final documentation.
