Job summary

Turner & Townsend in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Onsite Senior Project Manager to oversee EV charging construction projects for a high-profile technology client. You will manage multiple sites from schematic design through handover, bidding architecture and GC teams, and coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires GC experience, onsite availability 3 days a week, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining quality and safety

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience and client-facing effectiveness.
• College degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing commercial real estate or related construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client and consultants at all project stages.
• Manage project planning and detailed project schedules.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and financial status monitoring.
• Coordinate bidding and selection of architectural and GC teams.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
