Job summary

TouchPoint, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Environmental Services Training Manager to ensure frontline associates are prepared to deliver high-quality cleaning, safety, and patient experience in a hospital setting. You will lead hands-on training, ongoing staff development, and performance observations, acting as a bridge between frontline staff, EVS leadership, and corporate training.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience in training, EVS, hospitality, or healthcare support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver new-hire training for hourly associates and management trainees.
• Ensure associates are trained to independently perform cleaning tasks to standards.
• Support patient experience initiatives through direct engagement and observation of cleaning quality.
• Serve as a resource for retraining, staff development, and consistent EVS practices.
• Manage administrative duties and training tasks.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to salaried EVS managers.
• Use corporate training initiatives to shape daily training content.
• Customize training documentation and tools for site-specific needs.
• Prepare monthly reports outlining training activity, participation, and performance.
