Job summary

Bronson Health Group South Haven is seeking an EVS Technician for 20 hours weekly on the second shift. Under supervision of the environmental services manager, you will perform cleaning of patient rooms, public areas, and surgical areas, stock supplies, and ensure infection control standards are met.

The role requires ability to work independently, communicate in English, and deliver excellent customer service to patients, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is not required for this position.
• Must be able to communicate in English with staff and customers.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and public areas per policies.
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment in patient care areas.
• Follow isolation procedures and HIPAA/privacy rules.
• Communicate with nurses and care staff to coordinate tasks.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs.
