Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries or complaints using designated engagement techniques.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and areas according to procedures and schedules.
• Uses Bed Management systems and other department technology.
• Replenishes supplies, removes waste, and changes curtains as needed.
• Performs daily patient room cleaning to support admissions and discharges.
• Adheres to safety, infection prevention, and PPE guidelines.
• Operates UV disinfection machine as needed.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives including patient experience and cleanliness metrics.
