Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Familiarity with cleaning and floor care equipment.
• Willingness to complete competency assessment within 30–60 days of hire.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing hospital areas, including patient rooms and common spaces.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed for department setups.
• Maintain safety and sanitation by following infection control standards.
• Operate electric and battery-powered floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow cleaning chemical labels and safety instructions.
