Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is looking for an Environmental Services Technician to support cleaning, room turnover, and equipment handling in accordance with department procedures. You will work with a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, patient safety, and compliance with applicable policies.

Day shift, 8 hours, with pre-employment screening and EOE/AA policies in place. Strong communication and adherence to confidentiality are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language required. Follow written and oral instructions.
• Self motivated and able to work effectively in a team with diverse customers and coworkers.
• Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
• Knowledge of proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred.

The Environmental Services Technician performs a wide range of duties as applicable to the assigned area(s) procedures and protocol. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language required. Possess ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
• Self motivated and possess ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse customer and coworker population required.
• Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
• Possess knowledge of the proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred.
• To be eligible for the Driver portion of the position:
  • Current Driver’s License required.
  • Driving record for the previous thirty-six (36) months must not reflect any major driving offenses (i.e; DUI, convicted of a felony involving a motor vehicle, suspended license, three (3) or more speeding tickets or other moving violations, etc.).
  • In addition, personal vehicles used for LH business:
    • State law minimum liability coverage limits required.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
