As an Environmental Services Technician, you will help keep Logan Health clean, safe, and welcoming for our patients, visitors, and employees. This is more than a cleaning job. Environmental Services is an important part of patient care. Your work helps prevent the spread of germs and infection and makes sure patients have a clean and comfortable place to heal. If you are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in doing a job well, we would love to have you on our team.

• Clean and care for assigned areas throughout Logan Health.

• Follow cleaning, safety, and infection prevention steps.

• Complete tasks without needing step‑step direction.
• Decide which tasks need to be completed first when priorities change.
• Protect private patient and employee information.
• Work with other team members and departments to get the job done.
• Follow Logan Health policies, department procedures, and safety rules.

• Minimum of one (1) year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language required.
• Possess ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
• Self motivated and possess ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse customer and coworker population required.
• Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
• Possess knowledge of the proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred.

To be eligible for the Driver portion of the position: Current Driver’s License required. Driving record for the previous thirty‑six (36) months must not reflect any major driving offenses (i.e; DUI, convicted of a felony involving a motor vehicle, suspended license, three (3) or more speeding tickets or other moving violations, etc.). In addition, personal vehicles used for LH business: State law minimum liability coverage limits required.
