Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking an Environmental Services Shift Supervisor to assist in managing the EVS department on an assigned shift. You will oversee casino, restaurant, and public areas cleaning, train staff, and ensure top sanitation standards while maintaining professional customer service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in EVS, 1 year supervisory experience preferred, and be familiar with cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Competenze

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in environmental services.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
Familiar with proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Proficient computer skills preferred.

Mansioni

Oversee operations of Environmental Services including the cleaning of the casino, public access areas, and restaurants on an assigned shift.
Assist with instruction and training of EVS staff.
Maintain exceedingly high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Monitor areas to ensure proper appearance of facilities is maintained through use of checklists and visual inspections.
Monitor inventory/supplies and recommend purchase of supplies to supervisor.
Perform EVS duties along with staff as deemed necessary.
Assist in other projects, as required.
Provide exceptional 4 Diamond customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
