Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in housekeeping.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of EVS, laundry, or waste management operations, preferably in a large institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of Environmental Services at NYP/Queens and drive service quality.
• Empower EVS staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct patient surveys and quality checks on patient-ready rooms.
• Serve as the face of caring, proactive customer service on a tight-knit team.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and hospitality for patients and staff.
