• Direct and supervise housekeeping and linen operations across assigned shift/areas to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Monitor waste management and ensure safe disposal per regulations.
• Coordinate services with clinical and support departments for uninterrupted patient care.
• Support resolution of urgent cleaning needs and service disruptions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Lead team meetings and communicate policies and procedures.
