Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience.
• Experience cleaning in a resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services (EVS) team; assist with scheduling, coaching, and training.
• Handle staff questions and guest concerns to uphold procedures and service standards.
• Direct and support high cleanliness standards in casino and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and trainings; ensure compliance.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and address facilities maintenance issues.
• Provide professional, friendly, engaging service.
• Assist with other admin and ops tasks with department leadership.
