Job summary

Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino seeks a Working Supervisor for Environmental Services to plan daily cleaning schedules and oversee staff ensuring top-notch cleanliness across the property.

This role requires 1–3 years EVS experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, 21+, and the ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules and assignments, adjusting schedules for events, large turns, or resort needs.
• Serve as a Working Supervisor on occasion, including work on the gaming floor.
• Be flexible to change or adjust schedules at short notice.
• Inspect work areas, monitor coverage and quality.
• Order and monitor supplies, coordinating with the Department Manager on safe usages.

The Position:

Facilitates EVS operations to ensure that the premises are clean and orderly at all times. Scheduling, assigning and directly overseeing staff engaged in providing cleaning services, and assuring quality by checking the work and helping set and monitor standards in cooperation with department managers. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Plans daily work schedules and assignments adjust schedules by looking at events that are coming up giving adequate notice to fellow team members based on availability and resort needs, large events, or slow times.
• You are considered a (Working supervisor) at times working the gaming floor.
• Working closely on adapting and have the willingness to be flexible to be able to change, or adjust schedules in a moment's notice.
• Inspects the work and monitor sections, check all outlets for coverage and consistency of quality.
• Orders supplies, Issue supplies, monitors all levels of supplies and collaborates with the Department Manager on appropriate and safe usages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 1 -3 years of (EVS) custodial/cleaning experience required with 1 year experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
