Seven Feathers Casino Resort in Canyonville, Oregon, seeks a Marketing Promotions Assistant to support the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts, and to help create a fun, engaging guest experience.

You will greet guests, coordinate with the Marketing team, attend pre-event briefings, and maintain a professional, neat appearance while meeting licensing and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and comprehend written instructions.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to be available when business needs arise.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts.
• Represent Seven Feathers Casino Resort in a positive, professional manner both on and off property for each event or promotion.
• Promptly greet guests and efficiently handles duties assigned.
• Ensures warm, courteous, and hospitable service with each interaction.
• Gains information and education through pre-function meetings, briefings, or planning prior to events.

The Position

Responsible for assisting Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts. Contributes to a fun and engaging guest experience. Works in a positive and supportive manner with other team members to create an elevated experience for our guests.
