Job summary

Seven Feathers Resort is seeking an EVS Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and staff, ensuring premises stay clean and orderly. You will plan daily work, supervise frontline team members, and coordinate with department managers to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires 1-3 years in custodial/EVS and at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead position, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A Class I Gaming License may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory or lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily work schedules and assignments, adjusting schedules for events, availability, and resort needs.
• Serves as Working supervisor at times, including on gaming floor.
• Demonstrates flexibility to adapt schedules on short notice.
• Inspects work and monitors sections for coverage and quality consistency.
• Orders and monitors supplies, collaborates with Department Manager on safe usages.

The Position:

Facilitates EVS operations to ensure that the premises are clean and orderly at all times. Scheduling, assigning and directly overseeing staff engaged in providing cleaning services, and assuring quality by checking the work and helping set and monitor standards in cooperation with department managers. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Plans daily work schedules and assignments adjust schedules by looking at events that are coming up giving adequate notice to fellow team members based on availability and resort needs, large events, or slow times.
• You are considered a (Working supervisor) at times working the gaming floor.
• Working closely on adapting and have the willingness to be flexible to be able to change, or adjust schedules in a moment’s notice.
• Inspects the work and monitor sections, check all outlets for coverage and consistency of quality.
• Orders supplies, Issue supplies, monitors all levels of supplies and collaborates with the Department Manager on appropriate and safe usages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 1 -3 years of (EVS) custodial/cleaning experience required with 1 year experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
