Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an EVS Supervisor to lead a housekeeping team on a designated shift at our Columbus property. You will guide staff, monitor performance, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

You will coordinate scheduling with the site manager, manage supply needs, and help maintain cleaning quality in the casino. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year related experience preferred or equivalent
• Must be able to perform physical duties of EVS staff
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to operate standard EVS equipment and coordinate with manager on scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to EVS staff on designated shift
• Support goals and monitor performance and budget objectives
• Coordinate scheduling with manager with emphasis on guest satisfaction
• Ensure OSHA standards and regulatory compliance are followed
