Seneca Resorts & Casinos in Salamanca is seeking an EVS Shift Supervisor to lead Environmental Services on an assigned shift, ensuring spotless casino floors, hotel lobbies, spas, and dining areas while upholding safety and security standards. You will train EVS staff, monitor cleanliness, manage supplies, and maintain professional service for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in the field of environmental services.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be familiar with proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Proficient computer skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of Environmental Services including: the cleaning of the casino, hotel lobby, spa/salon, public access areas, restaurants and catering/banquet rooms on an assigned shift.
• Assist with instruction and training of EVS staff.
• Maintain exceedingly high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor areas to ensure proper appearance of facilities is maintained through use of checklists and visual inspections.
• Monitor inventory/supplies and recommend purchase of supplies to supervisor.
• Perform EVS duties along with staff as deemed necessary.
• Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
