Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos seeks an EVS Shift Supervisor to manage environmental services on an assigned shift. You will oversee casino, hotel lobby, spa, dining areas, and banquets, train staff, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities include monitoring checklists, managing supplies, and delivering excellent customer service while enforcing company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in environmental services.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiar with proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Proficient computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Environmental Services on an assigned shift (casino, hotel lobby, spa/salon, public areas, restaurants, banquet rooms).
• Assist with instruction and training of EVS staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor areas for appearance via checklists and inspections.
• Monitor inventory and recommend purchasing supplies.
• Perform EVS duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and staff.
• Attend meetings and adhere to policies and schedules.
