Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking an EVS Shift Supervisor to oversee Environmental Services on a assigned shift within our casino and hotel facilities. You will train EVS staff, uphold meticulous cleanliness, and ensure facility appearance through inspections and checklists.

Requires 18+, a HS diploma, and 1+ year in EVS with supervisory preferred. Must be able to manage inventory, use cleaning equipment safely, and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year experience in environmental services.
Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
Familiar with proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Proficient computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of Environmental Services on an assigned shift (casino, hotel lobby, spa, public areas, restaurants).
Assist with instruction and training of EVS staff.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Monitor areas for appearance via checklists and inspections.
Monitor inventory and assist with procurement recommendations.
Perform EVS duties with staff as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
