Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive cleanliness standards, manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews, and assure regulatory compliance across the EVS function in the hospital.

You will collaborate with management and other departments to improve patient experiences and departmental metrics, lead huddles, enforce safety and infection control guidelines, and coordinate service delivery to maintain a

Formación

• 2-4 years of Environmental Services experience (or at least 1 year at NCHS).
• Prior experience supervising employees preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee EVS staff, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Establish SOPs and ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and cleaning standards.
• Lead huddles, coordinate with other departments, and monitor QA metrics.
• Inspect facilities, manage supplies, and ensure regulatory compliance across EVS operations.
• Support weekend leadership coverage and respond to emergencies as needed.
