You will supervise frontline EVS staff, coordinate daily work, and uphold infection control standards.

This role supports staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, while partnering with clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years EVS/housekeeping experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and infection control standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer, reporting and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise housekeeping and linen operations across assigned shift/areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and visual standards are consistently met.
• Monitor waste management for safe handling and disposal per regulations.
• Coordinate services with clinical and support departments to ensure timely patient care operations.
• Support resolution of urgent cleaning needs and service disruptions.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management with department stakeholders.
