• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in environmental services or custodial operations.
• Experience in large-scale cleaning operations preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and computer communication skills.
• Must qualify for PA Gaming Control Board licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing EVS operations management and coordination.
• Plan and conduct weekly supervisor meetings and daily pre-shift briefings.
• Train staff in cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety.
• Coaching partners for onboarding and productivity.
• Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing to meet needs.
• Monitor payroll, attendance, and overtime; report discrepancies.
• Ensure supplies, equipment cleanliness, and proper storage.
• Participate in interviewing, selection, and onboarding of staff.
• Inspect casino areas, identify deficiencies, and coordinate corrective action.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventories and requisitions.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering on maintenance issues.
• Ensure proper chemical handling and OSHA compliance.
• Support cost-control and help meet department budgets.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support during peak periods.
• Uphold guest service standards and address concerns.
